PILATES

Pilates is a fantastic way to improve strength and balance throughout the whole of your body. It can reduce feelings of stiffness and improve your flexibility. In a relaxing, friendly and non-judgemental environment, Pilates can also boost your mood and self-esteem.

1:1 or small group (max 4 people) bespoke Pilates sessions are available in 1 hour appointments. After an initial appointment to assess your suitability and goals, your sessions will be individually designed. These sessions are run by our APPI-trained, highly-specialised Physiotherapist who is experienced in supporting people with complex medical histories to exercise safely and confidently.

Our small group Pilates classes (only 4 participants per class) run on Friday and Saturday mornings. Evening classes on Mondays and Tuesdays in March are now full.

Early bird appointments for 1:1 sessions are available by arrangement.
