Pilates is a fantastic way to improve strength and balance throughout the whole of your body. It can reduce feelings of stiffness and improve your flexibility. In a relaxing, friendly and non-judgemental environment, Pilates can also boost your mood and self-esteem. 

1:1 or small group (max 3 people) bespoke Pilates sessions are available in 1 hour appointments. After an initial appointment to assess your suitability and goals, your sessions will be individually designed. These sessions are run by our APPI-trained, highly-specialised Physiotherapist who is experienced in supporting people with complex medical histories to exercise safely and confidently. 

Our 60-minute online Pilates classes are proving popular with the next one-off block of four sessions set for every Sunday from January 9-30, 2022, at 7.30pm.
