Varied, fun and challenging strength and rehabilitation sessions specifically designed to improve power, endurance, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. With a dedicated rehabilitation space we can offer weight training, cardiovascular training, Pilates matwork or Reformer, Therapeutic Yoga for everyone. These sessions can be booked as a dedicated activity or as a blend.

All that Power I has to offer but with an option to extend the number of sessions to 6 to optimise your accountability and consistency.
