STAFF WELLBEING

We offer 45-minute, on-site guided meditations and relaxation techniques, designed to help staff in a variety of ways including helping manage anxiety and pain, improving concentration, focus and mood as well as reducing feelings of tension and stress. 

Sessions can be booked either as a one-off event or a small series of 2-3 sessions.

 

We also offer workplace sports massages and desk yoga sessions.
