STAFF WELLBEING

We offer 60-minute workplace wellness sessions which are designed to aid staff in a variety of ways including helping manage anxiety and pain, improving concentration, focus and mood as well as reducing feelings of tension and stress.

These sessions can include neck and shoulder massages, mindfulness techniques such as guided meditations, breathing and relaxation techniques, and desk yoga exercises.
